Welcome to my Blog

This is the first blog and so I thought I'd write about why I decided to create a blog. I wanted to share details of my writing journey in a more informal way along with perhaps a little of myself along the way.

I'm currently on holiday in my favourite place, Wales. Its my happy place and its been a great place for writing. Two chapters down and so much in my head. Writing has been hard in the past few months as I finally can begin to process grief after my mother's death and the following inquest. Its been a painful few years. Now on the second anniversary of the publication of The Invitation I'm finally hoping to get the new book over the line this year. I'm not committing to a date just yet, but perhaps I will do soon. I'm now over 50k into The Dark Covenant, its getting so exciting as the story unfolds.
